Friday marked the soft opening of new doggy daycare The Doghouse Memphis. The new facility is located inside the old Games Plus building on Summer Ave. just northeast of the High Point neighborhood.
Owner Hayley Efird is excited to show Memphis dog owners a creative new approach to doggy day school. Pups will spend the day in small classes doing art projects, participating in music class, playing in the yard, and even riding the bus and taking field trips to Starbucks for a Puppuccino.
“I feel like I’ve really given these dogs a different experience that hasn’t been offered yet in Memphis and we’re just excited to see where that goes,” said Efird.
