MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – Rain could be heavy at times with what’s left ofBarry. A Flash Flood Watch is still in effect until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday.

There is also a Marginal Risk of severe weather againTuesday. Barry could drop another inch of rain before it leaves the area.

Barry should leave us with a running total of 3 inchesof rain in Shelby County since Sunday. Monday, the National Weather Servicereported 1.56 inches of rain as a one-day total. 

So far, we are 14 inches of rain above normal. Normalis about 30 inches of rain for this time of year. We are currently at 40 plusinches in the buckets here in Shelby County.

Barry should finally exit Wednesday morning andafternoon.
