MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A jack-knifed Amazon tractor-trailer caused major delays on I-40 Westbound near Chelsea Avenue Friday just after 5:45 p.m.
It is still unclear what caused the accident, but no other vehicles were involved according to TDOT.
TDOT crews are on scene, and it is unclear how long it will take to clear the accident, but traffic is flowing with the exception of one lane still being closed.
