MEMPHIS, Tenn (localmemphis.com) – Hot and humid isn’t going anywhere over the next couple of days.
Skies will start off sunny for our Tuesday with a few clouds mixing in as we head into the afternoon. Temps in Memphis will be around 80 at 9:00am and around 90 by noon. Afternoon highs will be in the low to mid 90s with feel like temps around 100. Skies will be mostly clear Tuesday night with lows in the low to mid 70s.
The heat and humidity will stay high for Wednesday and Thursday under a mix of sun and clouds. Look for highs to stay in the low to mid 90s with feel like temps around 100. Overnight lows will also stay in the low to mid 70s.
We will have the chance for a few storms on Friday and Saturday, which should help knock temps down a few degrees heading into the start of fall on Saturday. Highs Friday will be around 90 with highs in the upper 80s for Saturday. We will see a slightly better chance for storms Sunday and early next week as highs remain in the mid to upper 80s.
