Hot & Humid Forecast Stuck on Repeat

Low storm chances also sticking around

MEMPHIS WEATHER – The forecast will be stuck on repeat the rest of the week.

Patchy fog will be possible Tuesday morning under mostly clear to partly cloudy skies. Temps in Memphis will be in the upper 70s at 9:00am and the upper 80s at noon. A few scattered storms will be possible in the afternoon, especially in west Tennessee and north Mississippi. Highs Tuesday will be around 90 with a heat index in the mid 90s. Skies will dry out Tuesday night as lows fall into the low 70s.

Storm chances will decrease slightly for the rest of the work week, but the heat and humidity will stick around with highs in the upper 80s to around 90 and feel like temps in the mid 90s. Daily storm chances will be at their highest in the afternoon.

Temperatures won’t cool much into the weekend, but we should see a small break in the humidity starting Friday and going into early next week. At this point, our first real taste of fall will probably hold off until the middle of next week with our next cold front.
