Last Week of Summer Full of Heat & Humidity

Storm chances remain low the next couple days

MEMPHIS WEATHER – Fall is less than a week away, but the forecast has a definite summer feel.

Skies will be partly cloudy Saturday night with temps in Memphis going from the mid 80s at 7:00pm to the upper 70s at 10:00pm. Areas of fog will be possible overnight as lows fall into the upper 60s and low 70s by Sunday morning.

Sunday and Monday will be a lot like our Saturday. Skies will be partly cloudy with a low chance for isolated showers and storms. Daytime highs will be close to 90 with feel like temps in the mid 90s. Overnight lows will only fall into the low 70s.

We will have a chance for scattered showers and storms on Tuesday and Wednesday as the atmosphere will have a little more energy to work with. We will stay warm, though, with highs in the upper 80s and feel like temps in the mid 90s. Lows during this stretch will remain stuck in the low 70s.

Storm chances become isolated again for Thursday and Friday. Highs will remain stuck in the upper 80s with plenty of humidity. The first day of fall will be on Friday, but expect more summer-like weather heading into the weekend.
