Perfect Weather For Rest Of Work Week

Sunshine and low humidity expected the next couple days

MEMPHIS WEATHER – The forecast is looking beautiful over the next several days.

Skies will be sunny for your Thursday. Morning lows will begin in the upper 50s to low 60s in many areas and warm into the low 70s by 9:00am. We will be in the low 80s by noon. Afternoon highs will be in the mid 80s with no humidity. Skies remain clear Thursday night as lows fall back into the low to mid 60s.

Friday will basically be a carbon copy of Thursday with sunshine, no humidity, and highs in the mid 80s. The weekend is looking fairly quiet with partly cloudy skies possible for Saturday and Sunday. Highs will remain in the mid to possibly upper 80s, but it will be a touch muggy with feel like temps closer to 90 for most areas.

There are plenty of question marks about next week’s forecast. Tropical Storm Harvey is currently sitting in the Gulf of Mexico and is forecast to move into Texas this weekend. From there, it should make a right turn and pass through or close to the mid-south next week. We’ll have a better idea of rain chances and how much rain we could see next week once we know the exact path, but for now, we’ll call for scattered showers and storms starting Monday and continuing through at least the middle of next week with highs in the low to mid 80s. We will tweak that forecast as we learn more about Harvey’s exact path.
