WASHINGTON — We're in for an even warmer Wednesday as most areas make it into the 60s. Winds will be up once again, with gusts to 30 mph. A cold front tonight means highs on Thursday are in the upper 40s to lower 50s.

Breezy and warmer Wednesday with highs in the low 60s. Low 60s is what we would expect for the end of March and the beginning of April. Winds will gust to 30 mph Wednesday.
A cold front moves in Wednesday night. While a stray shower is possible, most of the showers will be west of D.C.

A bit chilly on Friday with highs mainly in the 40s. We stay dry through Friday before showers returns this weekend. There is a slight chance of a wintry mix late Friday night north and west of D.C. but the rest of the weekend will support plain rain and showers at times with highs in the 50s. For those areas that are more likely to get the wintry mix, the timing is roughly 10 p.m. Friday to 3 a.m. Saturday. After that, we'll see a transition to all rain. Look for more rain on Sunday.
