MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – A Memphis Burger King employee is behind bars after pulling a gun on a customer over a wrong order.

According to a police affidavit, a customer reported to officers that she placed her order in the drive-thru of the Burger King in the 2300 block of Deadrick Ave on New Year’s Day around 1 p.m. When she received her order, she told the employee her order was wrong.

The victim says, the employee, Oderrial Moore-Williams, became angry and began cursing and yelling at her.

The victim says she was afraid, so she pretended to grab something from her vehicle.

A witness told officers that he saw Moore-Willams pull a handgun out of a purse, then point it at the customer.

When the witness told Moore-Williams to put the gun away, she put it in a brown bag and gave it to a woman in the parking lot, who left the scene.

Oderrial Moore-Williams is charged with Aggravated Assault.
