Shelby County Schools holds Operation Warm Hearts to help students stay warm this winter

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – A Memphis Grizzlies player is committed to helping Shelby County students stay warm this winter.

Jae Crowder  is donating $5,000 to SCS’ Operation Warm Hearts campaign, which kicks off Tuesday. With his donation, he is helping the district get closer to their goal of getting 1,000 coats for students in need.

You can also help the district reach that goal. Operation Warm Hearts will be held from 7am – 6pm Dec. 3. at the Shelby County Board of Education on South Hollywood.
