Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South talks about property management complaints

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – There were over 7,000 complaints against property management companies and landlords in 2018. The Better Business Bureau recently issued a consumer alert about two Memphis apartment complexes that were piling up complaints.
