MEMPHIS, Tenn. ( – Hundreds of new vehicles are on display at this year’s Memphis International Auto Show all weekend at the Cook Convention Center.

Whether someone is in the market for a new vehicle, or a car fanatic, Memphians will get an opportunity to check out new 2020 cars from more than 15 different automakers like GMC, Fiat, Jeep, and Chevrolet.

Exotic cars will also be featured such as; 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo Super Torfeo, 2018 Aston Martin V12 Vantage, 2018 McLaren 675LT, and 2019 Porsche GT2.

There will be 20 models from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT that people can test drive down Exchange St.

Inside the showrooms, people can get behind the wheels of majority of the cars to check out the new technology that’s rolled out in the 2020 vehicles.

“It’s a non-selling, so the advantage is if they’re looking at a Ford, Chevy, or a Toyota, or a Porshe, or a BMW, or an Audi, they can compare them side by side. Otherwise you would go do that on the internet or you would have to go do that with your feet,” Kent Ritchey, Greater Memphis Auto Dealers Association President, said.

Kids can also test drive battery-powered cars around a test track inside the show.

The show opened Friday at 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Saturday has the same hours. The show will open Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Tickets start at $8 for adults and it’s free for children. Military and senior tickets are $6. Proceeds from the tickets also go towards the new Moore Tech Automotive Service Technology school.
