West Memphis Police say a 14-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with murder in the second degree in the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy found Wednesday night.
Officers were called to the SteepleChase Apartments Wednesday night about a shooting. They found the 15-year-old boy shot and killed inside one of the units in the 2300 block of Goodwin.
Police have not said what led to the shooting.
The 14-year-old suspect has not been identified. Again, he is charged with second degree murder.
Police say an 18-year-old woman, Laquincia Marshall, lived at the apartment and gave false information to investigators. She is charged with a felony count of hindering apprehension or prosecution.
