Panola County Sheriff Dennis Darby told Local 24 News three men were shot at the M&M First Stop gas station on US Highway 51 just after 6:30 Monday night.

Darby said a car with a man, a woman, and three children inside pulled into the gas station parking lot.  Surveillance video shows the man got out of the car and shot three men at the gas pump. All three victims were taken to Regional One and the Sheriff does not know their condition.

The shooting suspect got back into the car and drove to highway 35, where investigators say he and the woman abandoned their car with the three children still in it.

Investigators say the couple was picked up by another driver.

Panola County Deputies were able to make a traffic stop and take the couple into custody.
