Man Shot At Frayser Market Found Dead At Fire Station

Memphis Police are investigating a shooting Thursday night at a store in Frayser.

Officers were called to the K & K Market at 2860 St. Elmo around 10:45 p.m.  When they arrived on scene, they were told that the victim had been driven away from the scene in a white car.

A few minutes later, officers received a call from the fire station at 4258 Overton Crossing that a gunshot victim had been dropped off by two unknown women in a white car.

The victim was not transported because he had already died from his injuries when they found him.

No arrest has been made.  This is an ongoing investigation.
