Memphis’ new soccer team decided to show appreciation to a local business Tuesday for their support.
Memphis 901 FC visited Terminix’s headquarters to thank the company for its sponsorship. The company’s logo appears on the front of players’ jerseys.
Team players and coaches talked with employees before presenting Terminix officials with a jersey to thank them for the partnership.
A Terminix leader says this was a great way to welcome to the team to the neighborhood.
“We were new to the neighborhood in some aspects as well, with our move Downtown last year,” says Matthew Loos, Terminix V.P. of Sales & Marketing. “This was the perfect chance to partner with our ‘next-door neighbors’ and really kind of own our backyard in Memphis.”
Local 24 sister station CW30 is the official TV partner of Memphis 901 FC. We’re airing 33 games, including this Saturday’s home game against Loudoun United at 7:00 p.m.
