MPD: Stolen SUV Used By Suspects In Multiple Crimes

Memphis Police are looking for several suspects believed to be responsible for multiple crimes across the city.

On January 5, a woman filed a police report saying that she was at 1243 Lamar getting gas, when she got back into her vehicle, two men walked up to her, one of them pointing a gun at her, demanding that she get out of her vehicle. The two men took off in her 2003 Ford Escape, TN tags P74-93J.

On January 6, a woman filed a police report saying she was leaving 200 S. Parkway, when she was robbed by a woman who was pointing a gun in her face. The suspect took her belongings and left in a Dark green Ford Explorer or Escape, with two unknown young men inside.

On January 7, a woman told police that when she was walking back to her room in the 300 block of W. Illinois she saw several suspects running out of her room. The suspects fired several shots at her then drove off in a Green Ford Escape.

A day later, on January 8, a woman filed a police report saying that she was getting things out of her vehicle at 90 W. Olive when she was approached from behind and robbed by a young man. The victim told officers, after taking her purse and wallet, the suspect got into a Dark green Ford Escape, with unknown tags.
