LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (localmemphis.com) – Prosecutors say they plan to seek the death penalty against a woman charged in the killing of a former Arkansas lawmaker.

Rebecca Lynn O’Donnell was charged with capital murder in the death of former state senator Linda Collins. Collins was found dead outside her home last month in Pocahontas, which is about 130 miles northeast of Little Rock.

In a report, authorities say that Collins was stabbed multiple times and had been dead for quite a while before her body was found wrapped in a blanket under a tarp in her driveway.
