MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – Despite a cold start to the week, a warm-up is coming.
Monday will be mostly sunny with temps in Memphis in the low 30s around 9:00am and the upper 30s around noon. Afternoon highs will be in the low 40s with wind chills in the upper 30s. Skies will remain clear Monday night as overnight lows plunge back into the upper 20s.
Tuesday will see highs warm closer to 50 with continued sunshine. It won’t be as cold at night, either, with lows in the upper 30s. Wednesday’s highs warm into the low 50s with the chance for a few evening showers.
Our next big weathermaker will bring likely rain for Thursday and Friday. Highs will be in the upper 50s Thursday and the low 50s Friday with Thursday night lows in the 40s, so there is no threat for winter weather with this system.
Next weekend looks fairly dry with highs in the low to mid 50s and lows in the upper 30s.
