MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) - The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office got into the Christmas spirit Friday afternoon.
Deputies delivered gifts and smiles to the people living at the Kennedy Park Senior Center in Raleigh.
Officers say they wanted to spread a little cheer during this holiday season.
“It’s refreshing just to come in and see the smiles and all festivities taking place during the holiday season. It’s just another moment in time where we just feel like we’re hugging our members of the community.” says Lt. Anthony Buckner, Shelby County Sheriff’s Office
