COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – Latoshia Daniels, the Little Rock, Arkansas, woman charged in the deadly shooting of Memphis pastor Brodes Perry last month, appeared in a Collierville courtroom Tuesday.
Daniels is charged with first-degree murder, criminal attempt of first-degree murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest. She pleaded not guilty April 8th at her first court appearance.
Pastor Perry was shot April 4th at the Meridian Park Apartments. He died early the next day at Regional One Hospital. His wife was also wounded in the shooting.
