Every place I go, I hear people complaining about the Memphis City Council, or about something the Mayor did or didn’t do.
I have the feeling a lot of those complainers didn’t vote.
It makes no sense.
Your local candidates have more of an effect on your daily lives than the people in Nashville and Washington.
Yet turnout for the election is horrible, and experts get excited when we say maybe 20%.
