Mayor Jim Strickland presents $684 million plan to make Memphis "world-class sports tourism destination"
The proposal includes a brand-new stadium for Memphis 901 FC at the old Coliseum site, as well as renovations for FedExForum, Liberty Stadium, and AutoZone Park.
