Here is a look at our forecast. Our main focus at this time is what is left over from Barry. Parts of the Mid-South have seen over two inches of rain and an additional 2-5 inches is possible over the next two days. Flooding will be the primary hazard although tornadoes are a concern as well. Weak and brief tornadoes are not uncommon in tropical systems. It appears at this time the system will finally pull away from the region Wednesday. Very hot weather and a return to Summer will quickly follow Thursday and into next weekend. Remain weather aware in the coming days.
