MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A person is dead, and a firefighter is injured after a car crashed into a house in Hickory Hill.
The Memphis Fire Department responded to the incident March 17 around 11 p.m. in the 3800 block of Clarke Road, where MFD said a car traveling at high speed collided with a house, causing a fire that began in the living room.
According to MFD, the driver died. A firefighter was taken to Regional One Health with second-degree burns.
