MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – FedEx is trying to adjust to what it calls a “challenging business environment” by doing away with some bonuses for its top brass.
FedEx nixed annual incentive compensation for its officers and directors in 2019 and will most likely do so in 2020. The bonuses are determined by company objectives and calculated as a percentage of base salary.
FedEx employees are expected to receive a 2% cost-of-living salary increase.
