MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A girl was rushed to the hospital after a hit-and-run happened Wednesday night on Lamar Avenue.
The Memphis Police Department responded to the incident May 1 around 11:45 p.m. in the 3700 block of Lamar Avenue, where investigators said a pickup truck struck a girl and then drove away from the scene.
The juvenile was taken to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in critical condition.
