Need assistance in stopping crime in your neighborhood? The City of Memphis is now holding crime prevention grant workshops to help

Memphians can apply for a Neighborhood Crime Prevention Grant. The city will hold both in-person and virtual events to assist with the application process.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The City of Memphis is now offering workshops to help residents apply for crime prevention grants to stop crime in their neighborhoods.

Memphians needing funds to deter crime can apply for a Neighborhood Crime Prevention Grant. The city will hold both in-person and virtual events to assist with the application process.

In-person workshops will occur Tuesday, April 23, and Tuesday, May 7, from 1-2 p.m.

Virtual workshops will happen Tuesday April 16, and Tuesday April 23, from 1-2 p.m.

Residents must attend a workshop to apply for the grant and submit an application by 4 p.m. on May 15.
