MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – DeSoto County deputies have arrested one person and expect toarrest others as they investigate a rash of auto burglaries and assault in theBuena Vista community.
The sheriff’s department says 18-year-old Camren Loveberry is in custody and charged with auto burglary and aggravated assault. Investigators say more arrests are “imminent” as the investigation continues.
Investigators say they were able to identify Loveberry using videofootage from the neighborhood. They say the suspects were seen in the arealooking for unlocked vehicles with weapons and other valuables inside.
