HORN LAKE, Miss. (localmemphis.com) – Delta Tech is taking a big step forward with what the school can offer students.
Monday, the school hosted a grand opening for their brand-newcampus in Horn Lake. The new facility will replace the old one in Southaven,which was at maximum capacity.
The 50,000-square foot facility houses hands-on training programsfor a wide variety of skills, and will accommodate 500 students at a time.
Horn Lake’s campus president knows the importance of an educationin the trades. He is a graduate of the HVAC technician program.
“All recent technology is included. We’ve update ourlabs and there’s more students. It’s a nicer facility for the students and itwas built with the students in mind,” said Thomas Pullin, Delta Tech Horn LakeCampus President.
Delta Tech opened its original campus in Southaven andhas been providing career training in the Memphis area for 15 years.
