An arrest warrant has been issued for a fourth man wanted in a disturbing kidnapping and torture case in northeast Memphis. Police say Larreal Germaine Brown, 34, was identified by the victim.

Police say Brown, along with Gage Caulk, John Richardson, and Randall Rowland, kidnapped a man August 29th. In a matter of hours, police say the victim was tortured.

According to police records, the victim was in the area of Sycamore View and Summer Avenue, when the suspects approached a vehicle with the lights off, put a noose around his neck, and forced him inside.

Police say the suspects then proceeded to strangle and kick the victim so he lost consciousness. They say the suspects drove the victim to a home, where they hogtied him, and then tortured him for hours, using a hot iron, lighter, stick, scalding water, tweezers, a drill, and a bat. The victim told police the suspects kept demanding that he tell them “where the dope is.”

Police say after the group was done the next day, they drove the victim out to a gravel road, and left him for dead. A good Samaritan took him to the hospital.

Caulk, Richardson, and Rowland have been arrested.

Brown, who police say also goes by “G,” is 6’1” to 6’2” tall and 220 pounds with a mustache. The arrest warrant is for attempted first degree murder, aggravated rape, and especially aggravated kidnapping.

If you know where Brown can be found, call Crime Stoppers at (901) 528-CASH.
