GERMANTOWN, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – Police in Germantown are looking for Terrion Owens, who is wanted on charges of burglary, theft, and possession of stolen property.
He’s wanted in connection to a string of car break-ins last Tuesday in the Howard McVay Park area.
