MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was rushed to the hospital Wednesday after a house fire broke out in Whitehaven.
The Memphis Fire Department (MFD) was responding to the fire May 1 in the afternoon on Cane Ridge Drive, crews found a 55-year-old man outside with burns to his face, arms and legs.
He was taken to Regional One Health in critical condition, and firefighters managed to put out the fire.
MFD said the fire started after a leaf blower caught on fire while the man was trying to fix it inside the home.
