The National Transportation and Safety Board has released its preliminary report on a deadly plane crash in Atlanta in December that killed four people that were headed to Millington-Memphis Airport.
According to the report, the Cessna C560 had just departed Fulton County Airport-Brown Field when it began descending and losing altitude before crashing. The report says video showed the descent before the plane disappeared from view and crashed.
Four people were killed in the crash; Founder & CEO of Sunshine Enterprise, Inc. Wei Chen, and Sunshine executives John Chen, Danielle Mitchell and Bruce Pelynio.
