MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – Local I-Team Senior Investigator Jeni Diprizio sat down with Tennessee State Representative Antonio Parkinson to talk about the Brandon Webber shooting, the shooting’s effects on the community, and the long-term trauma of tragic events on high-risk communities.
Webber was shot and killed as U.S. Marshals attempted to take him into custody in the 2700 block of Durham Avenue Wednesday night in Memphis. The shooting led to protests in the neighborhood.
