The Memphis Grizzlies have provided a medical update for guard Luke Kennard, saying he is making progress in his recovery from a knee injury and will return in two to three weeks.

After further assessment on Nov. 20, the Grizzlies said Kennard would continue to heal from his left knee-bone bruise, and be re-evaluated by Dec. 3. Kennard last played on November 14 against the Los Angeles Lakers. He only played six minutes, before leaving the game. The Grizzlies then said his absence was precautionary. Kennard is averaging 8.3 points and 2.9 rebounds per game on 37% shooting from three-point range.
