A man is in custody after Arkansas investigators said a teenager was killed outside a party following a school prom.
Donterious Stephens, 19, is a previous graduate of Helena-West Helena Central High School (CHS) and will be charged with first-degree murder and possession of firearms by certain persons, according to Arkansas State Police (ASP).
ASP said the incident occurred after the CHS Prom at an event attended by students located across the street from Ater Warehouse, located at 3235 Highway 49 in West Helena.
