One man injured during shooting on Peabody Place, Memphis Police say

One man was in non-critical condition as of press time, according to MPD.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A shooting took place in the 100 block of Peabody Place that injured one man, according to Memphis Police. 

Memphis Police Department (MPD) officers said they responded shortly before 6 a.m. Sunday to find an unoccupied vehicle. There was not a victim on the scene, according to MPD.

The vehicle at this scene was towed, according to MPD. A 31-year-old man arrived at Regional One in a private vehicle, according to MPD. 

This man was in non-critical condition as of press time, according to MPD.
