Carolina Watershed for sale, owners say they plan to open two turkey leg restaurants elsewhere

Management is considering reopening if the sale doesn't take place in time for the weather to permit outside music-related outdoor events.

The Downtown Memphis bar and music venue Carolina Watershed is for sale, according to a statement from Tandem Restaurant Partners.

$1,295 million is the asking price for the East Carolina Avenue location. The venue will reportedly be closed during the sale, but management is considering reopening if the sale doesn't take place in time for the weather to permit outside music-related outdoor events.

The listing might still be active during that time, according to the venue's marketing director.

The listing for the venue's sale can be found here.

Tandem also said they plan to open two locations of "Uncle Red's Turkey Legs." One is said to be at 2583 Broad Avenue where Salt+Soy was and the other will be on 786 Echles Street where Avenue Coffee used to be.
