R&B chart-toppers Tamia and Joe set for Landers Center concert during Southern Heritage Classic weekend

R&B chart-toppers Tamia as well as Joe are set to entertain crowds at the Landers Center during the Southern Heritage Classic Weekend.

Tamia is well-known for her 2001 hit "Stranger in My House." Joe has accomplished four No. 1 singles, according to the Southern Heritage Classic.

Tickets for the 2024 Southern Heritage Classic Football Game went on sale Friday, March 15. Fans planning to attend the game can purchase their tickets on Ticketmaster.

The 35th Annual Southern Heritage Classic will showcase the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Golden Lions facing off against the Tennessee State University Tigers in Memphis at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 14. The game will begin at 6 p.m.

R&B fans can also see Patti LaBelle perform at The Orpheum Theatre in Memphis as part of the three-day cultural celebration. Festivities for that day will start at 8 p.m. on Sept. 12 with Jammin' Jay Lamont.
