MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is facing a murder charge after a shooting left another person dead Tuesday morning and backed up traffic for hours on I-240.
Brandon Hervey, 25, has been charged with second-degree murder.
The Memphis Police Department (MPD) responded to the shooting April 16 around 7 a.m. at I-240 near Millbranch Road. A man was pronounced dead at the scene, and another man was taken into custody.
Traffic heading west on I-240 experienced delays for multiple hours.
