MEMPHIS, Tenn. — According to Memphis Police, a woman was found dead in Oakville, next to the Oakville Cemetery. On April 10, MPD announced her death was a homicide.
Officers responded to a call in the Friday afternoon, where they found a 35-year-old woman and pronounced her dead.
Her death was ruled as a homicide, after a medical examiner's investigation.
MPD did not release any information on the woman's identity, or any additional information into possible suspects or causes of death. However, they are asking anyone with information to call CrimeStoppers at 901-528-CASH.
