MEMPHIS, Tenn — UPDATED 3/9/2022 - Memphis Police announced Wednesday, March 9, 2022, that 50-year-old John Brooks has been arrested and charged with reckless homicide and three counts of reckless endangerment.

2/21/2022 - A man is dead after being shot Monday in the 3100 block of Faxon.
Memphis Police Officers responded to the shooting around noon.
The victim was pronounced dead on the scene.
MPD said preliminary information indicates that the shooting stemmed from an argument.
This is an ongoing homicide investigation.
