MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A crash had all lanes of I-55 South near East Shelby Drive shut down Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), an overturned vehicle at mile marker 2.4 on I-55 South, between Raines Road and East Shelby Drive, had all lanes of traffic blocked for more than an hour.
Memphis Police said one person was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition.
Traffic was backed up all the way to the I-240 loop.
